Bill Ginsburg has served the legal community for over 45
years, and has tried more than 300 cases in 21 states and participated in more than 350 mediations/arbitrations. In 2009 he retired from
his litigation practice to focus full-time on his growing mediation and
arbitration practice.
In his legal career, Mr. Ginsburg is known for his ability
to quickly assess the true value of a case, and for his extraordinary
understanding of medicine. He is an active member of the legal community and
serves on the Board of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Ginsburg has
been a speaker at many distinguished events and has addressed hospital medical
staffs across the country as well as the American Medical Association on the
value of mediation and arbitration. He has also published numerous articles in
peer-review medical and legal journals.
Mr. Ginsburg is known as a straight-shooter who can zero in
on the real issues at hand and pursue a fair settlement for both parties. He is
